LIFE OF AGONY Bassist Interviewed At 'Chiller Theatre' (Video)

November 30, 2012

Metal Rules! TV conducted an interview with New York native Alan Robert, best known for being the primary-songwriter/bassist for the respected hard rock group LIFE OF AGONY, and most recently as the creator of the hit comic series Crawl To Me and Wire Hangers (IDW Publishing),at last month's Chiller Theatre toy, model and film expo in Parsippany, New Jersey. You can now watch the chat below.

The first printing of Alan Robert's critically acclaimed horror graphic novel Crawl To Me (IDW Publishing) sold out within a week of its release back in January 2012. As a result, the award-winning publisher pressed a special hardcover version this past summer, titled Crawl to Me: Evil Edgar Edition.

The Crawl To Me graphic novel, written and illustrated by the Brooklyn-bred LIFE OF AGONY bassist, collected the original 2011 comic series with a painted cover by renowned Monocyte artist Menton3. The introduction for the book was written by Robert's former cartooning teacher and legendary comics artist Walter Simonson (Thor).

Robert's Killogy four-issue comic series, an off-the-wall, genre-busting mash-up of crime, dark comedy and horror, kicked off this past Halloween.
